  Customer service agents are RUDE!!! I called back and complained to a different person other than my "case manager" then she called me back questioning about what i told someone else. She says that whatever i do will get back to her. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  Their customer service reps were very efficient, and they did their job correctly. I only needed a short term loan, so I was able to do it entirely online, although I did have some questions.
