  I went to this location to sell some broken gold jewelry..I needed to pay off on a funeral...which I didn't mention..maybe i shoud have..they dont care anyways..they tried me soo bad $120...told them no can't do it I'll take it somewhere else after waiting for them to test like 5 pieces ...

  Made me wait an hour--offered 100 bucks for a 500 dollar watch. Paid most attention to a regular who had about 9 loans with them and a 'sick' person who was trading rings for probably 25 cents on a dollar. I came home and took a shower.

  I have both bought items from the establishment and pawned items. The fees are up front,the brokers are friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming. I don't think the entire chain should get a bad review because of one person's bad experience.
